The prices stated are per week per apartment. Prices do not include a visitor’s tax of €2.05 per person, per night (not applicable to children under 15 years).

Minimum stay
In the summer season (early July - end of November), our holiday apartments can be booked for a stay of at least 4 days.
In winter, the minimum stay is one week.
Kids
We are happy to provide free travel cots and high chairs for children.
Late arrival/early departure
We must charge the total price of the booking, even in the event of late arrival, early departure or occupancy by fewer people than booked for.
Security deposit
The security deposit will not be charged on arrival, but will be charged in the event of damage.
Deposit and balance:
To secure your booking, please transfer a deposit of 25% of the total amount to our bank account.

The balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Getting here:
The apartment will be ready no later than 16:00. Please notify us one or two days in advance of when you hope to arrive in Kaprun.
Departure:
The apartment must be vacated in a presentable condition by no later than 9:00 am.
If it is very dirty, you will be charged for excess cleaning.
